50% Syrah & 50% Agiorgitiko [Ah yor yee ti’ ko]

Fermentation:
It ages in new, oak barrels of French origin for 12 months and comparable time in the bottle.

Characteristics:
Dry red wine of deep red color. A bouquet of wild cherry, bitter chocolate, and pepper, with scents of eucalyptus. A rich palate and a complex body vivd and long-lasting aftertaste.

Presentation:
750 ml / Alcohol content 13% by volume

Food Pairings:
Ideal to serve with game, red meats, spicy red sauces, cold cuts
