Agiorgitiko [Ah yor yee' ti ko] (St George)

Fermentation
Aged 12 months in new French oak barrels and in the bottle. Grapes harvested from hillsides above 500 meters where the soil changes from the normal reddish color to a white chalky color.

Characteristics
Deep red with an aroma of fresh cherries and mulberries. The presence of sweet spices of vanilla and cinnamon in combination with rich tannins is apparent.
